本文介绍了我国台湾地区数字资源建设现状,分别讨论了台湾地区现有的9种数字资源联盟采购模式,并对其进行了比较。介绍了台湾地区行政部门招标采购模式。总结了台湾地区数字资源采购模式特点以及对大陆地区的启示。
This article introduces the current situation of digital resources construction in Taiwan of our country, and discusses respectively the purchasing patterns of nine digital resources alliances in Taiwan and compares them. Introduced the bidding and purchasing mode of Taiwan’s administrative department. Summed up the characteristics of Taiwan’s digital resources procurement model and its implications for the mainland China.
