有关曼氏血吸虫尾蚴的性别鉴定 ,除经动物感染的传统方法外 ,自 19世纪 70年代发展起来的分子生物学方法有 :硫堇染色法、C band技术、DNA探针技术、代表性差异分析及PCR技术等 ,为探索简便、快速、准确的曼氏血吸虫尾蚴的性别鉴定方法奠定了基础。但有关日本血吸虫尾蚴的性别鉴定方法研究甚少。借鉴曼氏血吸虫尾蚴的性别鉴定技术 ,建立适合日本血吸虫尾蚴的性别鉴定方法 ,将有助于日本血吸虫生物学及血吸虫病防治的研究
