通过对埃勒公司28位管理人员和骨干人员360°绩效考评结果的统计分析,发现不同类型考评主体的考评结果呈现不同的特征,文章进一步探讨了其原因,并为提高绩效考评的准确性和客观性提出了相应的对策建议。
