“TRUTH”史料和“东北各界信函”都是揭露九一八事变和伪满洲国真相的档案资料。九一八事变后,李顿调查团到中国调查之际,东北人民以各自的方式向国联反映日本种种倒行逆施的侵华行径。这两组档案材料形成过程不同、表达方式不同、所起作用不同、参与人员不同、呈递途径不同。这些材料对于国联调查的意义非常重大,为《国联调查团报告书》的起草提供了一定的素材和依据,揭穿了日本的欺世谎言,反映了中国东北民众爱国救国的无比勇气和坚定决心。
“TRUTH ” historical materials and “letters from all walks of life in Northeast ” are the archives to expose the truth of the September 18 Incident and the puppet Manchukuo. After the September 18 Incident and the investigation by the Litton Commission into China, the people in Northeast China reported in their own ways to the League of Nations all manner of acts of aggression against China in the back and forth. The two groups of archives have different forming processes, different ways of expression, different roles, different participants and different presentation channels. These materials are of great significance to the investigation of the League of Nations and provide some material and basis for the drafting of the report of the League of Nations Investigation Commission. They expose the lie of Japan and reveal the courage and determination of the people in northeast China to patriotic the country and save the country.
