本文就日本扁柏优树无性系,过氧化物酶带的变异作了研究。从已研究的13个无性系材料来看,在 Rf36—41的区域泳动率是不同的。即有的分别具有一条 F 带或是 S 带,而有的则具有 F 和 S 二条带,为了研究这些带的遗传性,选择了4树亲本,控制授粉杂交得到412株子代,研究结果是:共具有一条 F 或 S 带的个体是纯合体,基因型分别为 Px~F/Px~F 和 Px~S/Px~S。具有 F 和 S 两条带的个体是杂合体,基因型是 Px~F/Px~S。因此明确了其基因座位是一对等位基因,以单体形式遗传。
In this paper, we studied the variation of peroxidase bands in the leaves of Japanese cypress trees. According to the 13 clones studied, the rate of migration in Rf36-41 is different. That is, some had one F-band or S-band, while others had F and S bands. In order to study the inheritance of these bands, 4-tree parents were selected and 412 pollination lines were obtained by controlling pollination. The result was : The individuals with one F or S band were homozygous and the genotypes were Px ~ F / Px ~ F and Px ~ S / Px ~ S, respectively. The individuals with F and S bands are heterozygous and the genotype is Px ~ F / Px ~ S. It is therefore clear that its locus is a pair of alleles, inherited in monomeric form.
