目的 :探讨升白片对小鼠骨髓造血机能损伤的保护作用。方法 :用60 Coγ射线照射小鼠造成骨髓造血机能损伤 ,观察升白片对该模型动物的保护性治疗作用。结果 :升白片使骨髓造血机能损伤的小鼠白细胞总数、血红蛋白含量、血小板数、淋巴细胞百分率和淋巴细胞数显著增加 ,而粒细胞百分率降低。结论 :升白片对小鼠骨髓造血机能损伤有保护性治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Shengbai Tablet on bone marrow hematopoietic impairment in mice. Methods: Hematoxygenism was induced by irradiation of mice with 60 Co gamma rays. The protective and therapeutic effects of Shengbai Tablets on the model animals were observed. RESULTS: Shengbai Tablets significantly increased the total white blood cell count, hemoglobin content, platelet count, lymphocyte percentage, and lymphocyte count in mice with bone marrow hematopoietic injury, while the percentage of granulocytes decreased. Conclusion: Shengbai Tablets have a protective effect on mice with hematopoietic insufficiency.
