在当今中国的基础教育当中,素质教育代表了教育改革的呼声。素质教育的主要目标就是培养出身心健康、个性突出的综合型高素质人才。当今社会是一个多元化发展的社会,教育上的多元化表现为教育工作者在机制上、教育手段上、教育理念上的多元化创新。我们力求突破陈旧的教育理念,追求教育方式、教育机制与时代特征相结合。分层教学理论是一种尊重学生个体差异性的教学策略,本文就从分层教学理论在我国教学实际应用的基础上,分析了分层教学理论在初中英语教学中的实践。
In today’s basic education in China, quality education represents the voice of education reform. The main objective of quality education is to cultivate a comprehensive high-quality talent with good physical and mental health and outstanding personality. Today’s society is a society with diversified development. The diversification in education shows diversification of innovations in the mechanism, education and educational philosophy of educators. We strive to break the old concept of education, the pursuit of education, education and characteristics of the times combined. Hierarchical teaching theory is a teaching strategy that respects the individual differences of students. Based on the practical application of hierarchical teaching theory in our country, this paper analyzes the practice of hierarchical teaching theory in junior high school English teaching.
