目的探讨加味黄连解毒汤对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)大鼠一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)系统的影响及对脏器的保护作用。方法通过腹腔注射酵母多糖的方法制作MODS大鼠模型,观察加味黄连解毒汤对MODS大鼠模型的生命体征、血浆丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)以及外周血、心脏、小肠等组织器官N0系统变化和组织病理的影响。结果中药组动物血清及小肠、心脏组织NO、NOS与模型组比较有显著差异,且小肠、心脏等组织病理也明显改善。结论加味黄连解毒汤能有效地改善MODS大鼠脏器功能及病理形态,其机制可能是减轻促炎介质及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)过度活化。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and the protective effect on visceral organs. Methods MODS rat model was made by intraperitoneal injection of zymosan. The effects of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on vital signs, plasma ALT, creatinine (Cr) and peripheral blood, heart, small intestine and other tissues in MODS rats were observed. Organ N0 System Changes and Histopathology. Results Compared with model group, NO, NOS in serum, small intestine and heart tissue of TCM group were significantly different, and histopathology of small intestine and heart were significantly improved. Conclusion Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve organ function and pathological changes in MODS rats. Its mechanism may be to reduce the over-activation of proinflammatory mediators and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS).
