教师培训是促进教师职业发展的重要手段之一。针对高校外语教师培训和职业发展的关联度及培训理念、内容与课程设置、教师自主发展与职业规划等热点问题,笔者结合夏教授近年来所作的培训即场反思与反馈结果,对夏纪梅教授进行了访谈,希望唤起更多的社会关注以及教师的自主发展意识,提高教师培训的质量,有效地促进高校外语教师的职业发展。 Teacher training is one of the important means to promote the professional development of teachers.
