在铸件内圆尺寸缺乏时,无法计算离心铸型金属筒套截面中受到的拉应力。当铸型铸件壁厚比在确定的范围内,通过对立式及卧式离心铸型、铸件的参数进行数值分析,通过所建立的拉应力估算公式,对金属筒套截面中的拉应力做出估算,并给出估算的最大偏差率。当铸型铸件壁厚比分布不均衡时,估算的偏差率也较大,进一步给出按待估算铸型外径的局部范围内取值的方法,可降低估算偏差率。
