In order to comprehensively do a good job in the social insurance work of township institutions and promote the reform of township institutions and the construction of township governments, we conducted a special survey of social insurance in township and town institutions in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province not long ago. Jinzhou City, township and town agencies a total of 1121, serving 18400 people, these two figures account for 57% of the total number of the region; retired staff of 2059 people, accounting for 63% of the total number of retirees in the region. Overall, the social insurance work of township public institutions is relatively stable, safeguarding the vital interests of the broad masses of township public institutions and retirees, and relieving the pressure from all levels of government and the government.
