日前,上海市住房保障和房屋管理局等六部门联合出台了一个关于单位租赁房建设的意见,规定:上海企业、产业园区开发管理主体、高校、部队及其他单位可以利用自用土地建设或者以旧建筑拆除重建、改建的方式建设单位租赁房,提供给本单位职工或园区内企业符合条件的引进人才、来沪务工人员短期租住。
