随着部队医院对外开展有偿服务,药学服务的社会化程度变得越来越高,如何适应并促进部队医院药学事业的建设和发展,既要体现为兵服务,又要推进改革,适应市场的双重要求。近年来,我院药剂科始终坚持“依靠管理出效益,依靠管理求质量,依靠管理更好地为临床提供服务”的原则,狠抓了药学工作的全过程管理,严格和完善了各种规章制度,坚持以法管药,以法制药,实行了岗位责任制管理,制定了质量、效益,医疗考评三方面的指标。创造了一条自我生存、自我补偿、自我发展的改革之路,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
