随着部队医院对外开展有偿服务，药学服务的社会化程度变得越来越高，如何适应并促进部队医院药学事业的建设和发展，既要体现为兵服务，又要推进改革，适应市场的双重要求。近年来，我院药剂科始终坚持“依靠管理出效益，依靠管理求质量，依靠管理更好地为临床提供服务”的原则，狠抓了药学工作的全过程管理，严格和完善了各种规章制度，坚持以法管药，以法制药，实行了岗位责任制管理，制定了质量、效益，医疗考评三方面的指标。创造了一条自我生存、自我补偿、自我发展的改革之路，取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
