目的观察鼻腔局部应用布地奈德喷雾剂(budesonide,BUD)对鼻息肉组织中水通道蛋白8(aquaporin8,AQP8)表达的影响,探讨AQP8在鼻息肉发病中的作用及了解糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的作用机制。方法40例鼻息肉患者随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组术前2周给予BUD喷鼻;对照组术前未予处理。术后采用免疫组织化学技术检测两组鼻息肉组织标本AQP8的表达情况,分析组间差异。结果治疗组鼻息肉组织中血管内皮和腺体中的AQP8阳性细胞数显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而上皮细胞中的AQP8阳性细胞数增加,但与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻腔局部应用BUD可以减轻水肿程度,缩小鼻息肉体积,可能与AQP8的表达改变有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal budesonide (BUD) on the expression of aquaporin 8 (AQP8) in nasal polyps and to explore the role of AQP8 in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps and to understand the effect of glucocorticoid on nasal polyps The mechanism of action. Methods Forty cases of nasal polyps were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). The treatment group was given BUD nasal 2 weeks before operation; the control group was not treated before operation. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AQP8 in two groups of nasal polyps specimens, and the differences among groups were analyzed. Results The number of AQP8 positive cells in the vascular endothelium and gland of the nasal polyps in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), but the number of AQP8 positive cells in the epithelial cells increased, but there was no significant difference with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Nasal local application of BUD can reduce the degree of edema and reduce the volume of nasal polyps, which may be related to the change of AQP8 expression.
