字盘秤的计量就是表盘上指针转动一定角度的计量。现仅就指针轴心与表盘圆心不同心时所产生的角度变化进行分析。由于指针与表盘装配定位时,一般都是装配人员利用目测指针尖与分度基圆的间距进行的,要保证同心有一定困难,因此指针轴心与表盘圆心总存在一个偏差。这一偏差将随指针转角的变化而变化,使测量误差(角度误差)呈正弦曲线规律出现并存在。一、偏心造成的测量误差当指针轴心O′和表盘圆心O存在一个偏差量e时,指针在一定的秤量下转动相应的α角(见图1),即会产生一个测量误差。由正弦定理可知: 当∠A很小时,可把sinA当作测量误
