关于直壁杯形压延件毛料半径的求算方法很多,有解析法(其中包括面积相等法、体积相等法、重量相等法)、作图法(包括作图解析法和纯作图法)以及双曲线图算法。双曲线图算法虽然在能满足工程要求精度的基础上简化了解析法繁琐的数字计算和减轻了作图法的工作量,但由于该方法须在一定的解析计算后(求出析合高度)再由双曲线图查出毛料半径。在实际生产工作当中的运用也不尽方便。本文作者在双曲线图算法的基本原理上演绎得到了一种更为简便的求直壁杯形压延件毛料半径的解析作图法。运用起来能够取得令人满意的效果。
