目的探讨伤后免疫核糖核酸(iRNA)应用时机、种类与伤鼠免疫功能变化的关系。方法:将烫伤大鼠随机分成两批9组,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法和3H-TdR掺入法,分别测定各组烫伤大鼠伤后10天时IL-2活性,NK细胞活性和T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应能力的变化。结果:(1)伤后三种iRNA联合用药组NK细胞活性和B细胞增殖反应能力恢复较快,至伤后第10天时分别达到正常的102.0%和95.7%,明显优于单用一种和合用二种组;(2)伤后早期(第1天开始)应用iRNA组IL-2活性和T细胞增殖反应能力恢复较理想,至伤后第10天时分别达到正常的95.8%和98.8%,明显优于伤后2、3、5天开始用药组。结论:伤后尽早联合应用三种iRNA对防止和/或纠正伤鼠免疫功能失常具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the timing and types of post-injury immunological ribonucleic acid (iRNA) and the changes of immune function in injured rats. Methods: The scalded rats were randomly divided into two batches of nine groups. MTT colorimetry and 3H-TdR incorporation method were used to determine the IL-2 activity , NK cell activity and T, B lymphocyte proliferation response changes. Results: (1) The NK cell activity and B cell proliferative response recovered rapidly in the combination of three iRNAs after injury, reaching 102.0% and 95.7% of normal respectively on the 10th day after injury, which was obviously better than single (2) The IL-2 activity and T-cell proliferative response of iRNA group recovered more preferentially from the first day of injury (starting from the first day), and reached the normal level of 95% on the 10th day after injury. 8% and 98.8%, significantly better than 2, 3, 5 days after the start of medication group. Conclusions: The combination of three iRNAs early after injury has an important role in preventing and / or correcting immune dysfunction in injured rats.
