由于种种原因,自70年代未以来,我厂面临设备陈旧、工艺落后、后劲明显不足的严峻挑战。为了发掘企业潜存活力,1976年我厂在传统管理的基础上,开始了全面质量管理的推广应用。十年如一日,把质量工作放在各项工作的首位,以质量管理开路,摊动其他各项企业管理工作,收到了一定的成效。1984年和1986年我厂先后荣获国家建材局以及湖北省质量管理奖;1987年被评定为计量管理一级企
Due to various reasons, since the 1970s, our factory has faced serious challenges of obsolete equipment, backward technology, and obvious lack of stamina. In order to explore the potential survival of enterprises, in 1976, our factory began to promote the application of total quality management on the basis of traditional management. Ten years as one day, putting quality work at the top of all work, opening up quality management, and mobilizing other enterprise management work, has received certain results. In 1984 and 1986, our factory won the National Building Materials Bureau and Hubei Quality Management Award; in 1987, it was assessed as a first-class measurement management company.
