对78例脑膜瘤和10例脑膜瘤周围正常脑组织进行免疫组化染色。结果发现脑膜瘤阳染率为92%(73/78),组织中有大量单核细胞浸润,正常脑组织阳染率为10%(1/10),组织中单核细胞罕见。提示脑膜瘤细胞中能产生单核细胞化学诱导蛋白-1(MCP-1),而周围正常脑组织不产生MCP-1。MCP-1能介导单核细胞浸润脑膜瘤组织。
78 cases of meningioma and 10 cases of normal brain tissue around meningioma immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that the positive rate of meningiomas was 92% (73/78). There was a large number of mononuclear cells infiltration in the tissues. The positive rate of positive brain tissue was 10% (1/10). Monocytes in the tissues were rare. It suggested that monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) was produced in meningioma cells and MCP-1 was not found in surrounding normal brain tissue. MCP-1 can mediate monocyte infiltration of meningioma tissue.
