1914年Sitting报告了手-口综合征(Cheiro-o-ralsyndrom,COS)。近年国内虽有散在报告,但仍属罕见,笔者接诊1例现报告如下。 患者 男,62岁。因口周右侧、右指尖麻木2小时入院。既往有冠心病史3年。查体:血压18/12kPa。意识清,语言流利,智能正常。除右侧口周、右手指尖感觉迟钝外,余神经系统未见异常。电图示左前分支阻滞。脑电地形图(BERM)中央区θ频带高功率。体感诱发电位(SEP)未见异常。头颅CT发病后1小时检查未见异常,48小时后复查见左丘脑
