本文叙述噻甲羧肟头孢菌素、氧哌羟苯唑头孢菌素、氨噻三嗪头孢菌素、氧哌嗪青霉素四种β-内酰胺抗生素及托普霉素、艮他霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、紫苏霉素、乙基紫苏霉素五种氨基糖苷类抗生素对75株绿脓杆菌(50株托普霉素敏感菌,25株多种药物耐药菌)的抗菌活性。其中噻甲羧肟头孢菌素为β-内酰胺类抗生素中抗菌活性最强者,托普霉素为氨基糖苷类中抗菌活性最强者(对绿脓杆菌而言)。
In this paper, four kinds of β-lactam antibiotics, such as cefotaxime, oxyphenyloxacin cephalosporins, cefotaxime cephalosporins and piperacillin penicillin, and tobramycin, gentamicin, Amikacin, imipenem, ethyl sunsomycin five kinds of aminoglycoside antibiotics against 75 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (50 strains of tobramycin sensitive bacteria, 25 multi-drug resistant bacteria) antibacterial active. Among them, cefotaxime is the most active antibacterial agent of β-lactam antibiotics, and tobramycin is the most active one of aminoglycosides (for Pseudomonas aeruginosa).
