静注1—SPD40mg/kg能使麻醉犬的血压有明显下降,在10min内降为原有水平的63％,60—180min恢复正常,并伴有总外周阻力明显下降。心搏量和心输出量的影响均不明显,1—SPD有降压时对心脏功能无明显的不良影响。
The intravenous 1-SPD 40mg / kg can make anesthetized dogs blood pressure decreased significantly within 10min to 63% of the original level, 60-180min returned to normal, accompanied by a significant decline in total peripheral resistance. The effects of stroke volume and cardiac output were insignificant, and 1-SPD had no adverse effects on cardiac function when antihypertensive.
