目的探讨黄芪建中汤配合西药治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法选择2010年1月—2013年12月收治的胃溃疡患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组使用西药治疗,服用阿莫西林胶囊1 g(2次/d),奥美拉唑胶囊20 mg(2次/d)。观察组在此基础上,加用黄芪建中汤加减,水煎服,日1剂,并服用15 ml蜂蜜。两组均连续治疗1个月。治疗后对患者进行胃镜检查。比较两组治疗效果。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗后,观察组幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)转阴率93.33%,对照组71.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.755,P<0.05);观察组复发率15.00%,对照组30.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.871,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率11.67%,对照组28.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.208,P<0.05)。观察组优良率为91.67%,对照组71.67,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.015,P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤配合西药治疗胃溃疡,能显著提高患者HP转阴率,减少感染率,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with western medicine in treating gastric ulcer. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with gastric ulcer admitted from January 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine and amoxicillin capsule (1 g twice daily) , Omeprazole capsules 20 mg (2 times / d). On the basis of this observation group, add Astragalus Jianzhong Decoction, Shuijianbi Day 1, and take 15 ml of honey. Two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment of patients with gastroscopy. Compare the treatment effect of two groups. Counting data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results After treatment, the negative rate of helicobacter pylori (HP) was 93.33% in the observation group and 71.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 9.755, P <0.05); the recurrence rate in the observation group was 15.00% (Χ2 = 3.871, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.67% and in the control group was 28.33%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 5.208 , P <0.05). The excellent and good rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 71.67 in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.015, P <0.05). Conclusion Astragalus Jianzhong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer can significantly improve the HP negative conversion rate of patients, reduce the infection rate, high safety, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
