目的:评价二师消除碘缺乏病目标完成情况,总结防治经验,掌握碘缺乏病重点人群碘营养状况,为地方病防治提供依据,并对已采取的防治措施效果进行评价。方法:按照全国《重点地方病控制和消除评价方法》,现场调查碘缺乏病防治工作相关文件和资料及组织管理、碘盐生产供应、市场监管等相关资料。结果:碘盐检测结果表明:2013、2014、2016年份均达到国家的目标要求,2015年不合格碘盐明显增加至71份,增值达22.3%的比例,应引起相关部门的重视。结论:2013年-2016年第二师各团场居民通过食盐加碘为主的防治碘缺乏病综合措施的落实,碘缺乏病病情得到有效控制,但存在不合格碘盐冲击市场影响消除碘缺乏病的因素存在。2015年不合格碘盐食用率未达到消除标准,应加强碘盐管理,密切关注重点人群碘营养状况变化,及时调整防治策略,持续消除碘缺乏病。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the accomplishment of the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency by the second division, summarize the experience of prevention and treatment, master the iodine nutrition status of the key population of iodine deficiency disorders, provide evidence for prevention and treatment of endemic diseases, and evaluate the effect of the prevention and control measures taken. Methods: According to the National Key Disease Control and Elimination Evaluation Methods, on-site investigation of relevant documents and information on iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control and organization and management, production and supply of iodized salt, market regulation and other related information. Results: The results of iodized salt test showed that the target requirements of the country were met in 2013, 2014 and 2016 respectively. In 2015, the number of unqualified iodized salt increased significantly to 71 and the added value reached 22.3%, which should be paid more attention by relevant departments. Conclusions: The implementation of comprehensive measures to prevent and treat iodine deficiency disorders by residents of the second division in each field from 2013 to 2016 led to the effective control of iodine deficiency disorders, but the impact of unfavorable iodized salt on the market eliminated the iodine deficiency Disease factors exist. In 2015, the unqualified iodized salt consumption rate did not reach the elimination standard. Iodized salt management should be strengthened. Pay close attention to changes in iodine nutrition status of key populations and adjust control strategies to eliminate iodine deficiency disorders.
