自从2004年第一届中国网球公开赛诞生以来,5年风雨历程,起转蛰伏,中网已经成了北京甚至中国的一张名片。住中国的大型商业化体育赛事中,中网不但是名气最大、口碑最好的赛事之,更在某种意义上承担了中国市场经济体育赛事转型性尝试和探索的使命。2008年第五届中网意义非凡,它既是中网在光彩路1号北京网球中心的最后一次亮相,同时也是2009年中网升级以前的最后一届比赛。也难怪会有球迷推测,吸引了大批 ATP、WTA 顶级球员的08中网,将是一届具备里程碑意义的比赛。开赛前夕,我们走访了中网赛事核心团队中的两位最关键的人物,中国网球公开赛体育推广有限公司董事长张雅宾先生和董事、总经理张军慧先生。
