本文较详细地介绍了T形发动机测试系统.并给出了使用操作注意事项.用T形发动机对国产双基推进剂的燃烧响应函数进行了大量实验研究.找出了SQ—2.SG—2、SG—3,PT—13.SS—3.SFM—4六种推进剂燃烧规定的最佳条件,并轭要地分析了推进剂成分对燃烧稳定性的影响.同时把实验数据与一元准稳态模型理论计算值作了比较.不难看出“模型”有某些缺欠.需要进一步改进. 本文给出了六种推进剂响应函数的数据;确定了各种推进剂的相对稳定范围.为发动机设计者选用推进剂提供了有力的依据:为推进剂工作者发展配方概括地指出了方向.
In this paper, the T-engine test system is introduced in more detail and the operational precautions are given.Numerous experimental studies have been carried out on the combustion response function of domestic double-base propellants using a T-shaped engine.The SQ-2.SG- 2, SG-3, PT-13.SS-3.SFM-4, and analyzed the influence of propellant composition on the combustion stability.At the same time, the experimental data and one yuan It is easy to see that the “model” has some shortcomings and needs further improvement.This paper gives the data of six kinds of propellant response functions and determines the relative stable range of various propellants. Propeller selection for engine designers provides a strong basis for developing directions for propellant workers.
