固相微萃取(SPME)是本世纪九十年代迅速发展起来的一种新颖的无容剂样品预处理技术。本文应用顶空 固相微萃取技术对水中的苯系物进行检测。结果表明,该方法精密度良好,在100μg/L水平,相对标准偏差小于7.6%, 线性范围超过3个数量级,检出限达μg/L水平,加标回收率在96.4%~100.8%之间。和顶空法比较,该方法具有更 好的精密度和准确度,对挥发性较差的组分,该方法灵敏度远远高于顶空法。运用该方法对真实样品进行了检测,表明 对环境中的苯系物进行检测,固相微萃取是一种快速、经济、有效的方法。
Solid Phase Microextraction (SPME) is a novel non-solvent sample pretreatment technique developed rapidly in the 1990s. In this paper, headspace solid-phase microextraction technology for the detection of benzene in water. The results showed that the method was accurate, with a relative standard deviation of less than 7.6% and a linear range of more than 3 orders of magnitude at 100 μg / L with a detection limit of μg / L and a spiked recoveries of 96.4% 100.8% between. Compared with the headspace method, the method has better precision and accuracy. For the less volatile components, the sensitivity of the method is much higher than that of the headspace method.
