本文阐述国产600MW变压运行直流锅炉采用的φ28×5.41mm四头12Cr1MoV内螺纹管内壁换热特性的试验研究结果。试验参数范围为:压力P=13~27MPa,质量流速G=400~1800kg/m2·s,内壁热负荷q=200~800kw/m2。蒸汽干度x=0~1.0。通过试验,得出了内螺纹管的壁温度变化规律和内壁换热系数的变化规律。根据试验数据总结出了内螺纹管内壁单相换热的准则方程和双相换热的准则方程,为锅炉的设计和运行提供了可靠的数据。
This paper describes the experimental results of the heat transfer characteristics of φ28 × 5.41mm four-headed 12Cr1MoV female threaded tube used in a 600 MW transformer operated once-through boiler. The test parameters range: pressure P = 13 ~ 27MPa, mass flow rate G = 400 ~ 1800kg / m2 · s, inner wall heat load q = 200 ~ 800kw / m2. Steam dryness x = 0 ~ 1.0. Through the test, the law of the wall temperature variation and the heat transfer coefficient of the inner wall are obtained. Based on the experimental data, the criterion equations of the single-phase heat exchange in the inner wall of the female pipe and the criterion equations of the double-phase heat exchange are summarized, which provide reliable data for the design and operation of the boiler.
