按照国家教委关于实验室设置要变“条块分割”为“条块结合”、走以学科设立实验室的路子的精神，结合我院近几年实验室建设方面的工作，提出普通高等师范院校依托有关系（或部）建立校级中心实验室，并实行以系管为主的校、系两级管理体制，节省编制，便于管理，提高设备利用率．
