新疆农学会成立于1961年2月3日,迄今已整整30年了。30年来,新疆农学会从无到有,从小到大,不断发展,会员由第一届理事会的520人发展到第五届(现届)理事会的3 400多人,会员遍布南北疆地方系统和兵团系统的教育、科研、生产战线。现在,新疆农学会拥有作物、土壤、植保、园艺、蚕桑,原子能、种子、土地、耕作改制、农业工程、微灌、棉花、养蜂、瓜果及离退休农学家等15个分科学会(协会、研究会),成为新疆农科方面多学科的综合性学术团体。 新疆农学会成立后(文革动乱10年除外),发挥人才集中,知识密集的优势,利用跨行业、跨部门、跨单位的组织特点,团 Xinjiang Agricultural Association was established in February 3, 1961, so far it has been a full 30 years.
