目的:探讨宫术宁胶棒联合吲哚美辛栓在人工流产中对镇痛效果及宫颈扩张效果的影响。方法:将200例人工流产患者分成观察组100例和对照组100例。观察组术前20 min将吲哚美辛栓1枚塞肛,术前5 min将宫术宁胶棒经宫颈置入达宫颈内口处。对照组不采用任何镇痛措施,常规行人工流产术。结果:观察组镇痛效果、宫颈口扩张程度明显优于对照组,人工流产综合征发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:宫术宁胶棒联合吲哚美辛栓用于人工流产中镇痛有效、宫口扩张明显。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gongsunning glue stick and indomethacin suppository on analgesic effect and cervical dilation effect in induced abortion. Methods: 200 cases of induced abortion were divided into observation group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). Observation group 20 min before indometacin suppository a plug anal, 5 min before the operation of the Gong Ning glue stick through the cervix into the mouth of the cervix. The control group did not use any analgesic measures, routine abortion. Results: The observation group analgesic effect, cervical dilatation was significantly better than the control group, the incidence of induced abortion syndrome was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Gongshing Ning glue stick combined with indomethacin suppositories for abortion analgesia effective, obvious expansion of the cervix.
