论述了永久性故障下重合闸操作时刻对系统稳定性的影响,建立了分析多机系统中永久性故障下重合闸时刻对电力系统稳定性影响的数学模型,用能量函数导出了多机系统中永久性故障下重合闸最佳时刻的确定条件,指出对永久性故障的最佳重合条件为:重合不成功,断路器再次跳开后系统的暂态能量最小。通过算例说明了对于永久性故障,只要能选择最佳的时刻重合闸,就能够使系统的稳定性明显提高。
The influence of operating moment of reclosing on system stability under permanent fault is discussed. A mathematical model to analyze the influence of reclosing time on the stability of power system under permanent fault is established, and the energy function is used to derive the stability of multi-machine system Under the condition of permanent fault, the optimal condition of reclosing time is pointed out. The optimal coincidence condition for permanent fault is: coincidence is unsuccessful, the transient energy of the system is minimum after the circuit breaker jumps again. An example shows that for permanent faults, the stability of the system can be significantly improved by choosing the optimal reclosing moment.
