日本对虾的苗种生产取决于活饵料,例如硅藻类和卤虫。大量培养浮游生物不仅需要许多人工和昂贵的设备,而且还随天气状况有所波动等。因此,在以往的研究中,我们试图用微粒饵料饲养对虾幼体。在本研究中,进一步配制了几种类型的微粒饵料,并通过饲育试验估计了这几种饵料对对虾幼体的饵料价值。本文的结果表明,用含有已知所有化学成分的微粒饵料饲育对虾幼体从溞状幼体_1(Z_1)长到仔虾_1(P_1)是成功的。
The production of Japanese shrimp seed depends on live feed, such as diatoms and artemia. Large-scale cultivation of plankton requires not only a lot of artificial and expensive equipment, but also fluctuates with the weather conditions. Therefore, in previous studies, we attempted to feed prawn larvae with microparticles. In this study, several types of particulate food were further formulated and the feeding values of these kinds of food on juvenile larvae were estimated by feeding test. The results of this study show that feeding larvae of shrimp larvae from a zoel-like larvae (Z_1) to a larvae (P_1) was successful with a particle bait containing all known chemical constituents.
