在电力建设施工和发电厂设备检修工作中,经常遇到管道焊接连接工作.管道焊接很重要的一道工序就是对口.在实际工作中,焊工往往因缺乏应手的对口工具,而对工作感到棘手,耽搁时间较多,对口质量亦常因此受到较大影响.为了克服上述工作的困难,我们总结、设计了几种实用的轻便型管道焊接对口器,这些工具构造简单,使用方便,重量轻,制造容易.对从事该项工作的同志会有所帮助.现对四种对口器作简要介绍(具体制作尺寸从略,可根据具体被焊作情况自定).
