如果说,我们的经济理论的最大悲剧在于滞后于经济建设的实践进程,常常只能跟在实践后面变成当前经济政策的脚注,那么,我们的经济理论史的这一悲剧色彩就更为浓烈—不仅滞后于理论的发展更是远离子社会经济的建设实践。社会主义政治经济学与社会主义经济理论发展史在几十年间的演变,就深深地证明了这一点。实践中的社会主义经济制度的建立虽说已愈七十年,但直至斯大林时期的尾声,人们才看到了一本给社会主义政治经济学留了一半篇橱的《政治经济学教科书》公开出版。至于对社会主义经济理论的历史总结,即使不被当时的人们看作是天外奇谈,也至少被推向了遥远的未来,留给后人去承担。 If we say that the greatest tragedy of our economic theory lies in lagging behind in the process of economic construction, we often can only become the footnote to the current economic policy after practice, then the tragedy of our history of economic theory is even more intense - Not only lags behind the development of theory but also is far away from the practice of sub-socio-economic construction. This is evidenced by the evolution of the history of the socialist political economy and the development of the socialist economic theory over the past decades. Although the establishment of the socialist economic system in practice has been going on for more than seventy years, it was not until the end of the Stalin period that a “political economy textbook” that left half a page in socialist political economy was published. As for the historical summary of the theory of socialist economy, even if it is not regarded by the people at that time as a mystery, it is at least pushed to a distant future for future generations to bear.
