本文是作者近几年来在研制乌鲁木齐市供热自动控制系统实践的总结,根据城市区域(集中)供热的特点,建立了“城市区域供热模型”。针对供热站多台锅炉并行运行的方式,确立了热负荷的分配准则,实现多台锅炉供热负荷的合理分配和协调控制,完善了锅炉燃烧过程的最佳控制。系统引进了框架结构的智能控制方式,把各种不同功能的控制方法有机地融汇在一起,实现多种控制策略。经过一年多的实践证明,明显地改善了供热质量和降低了能耗,并且较大地提高了供热过程的运行水平,为城市区域供热自动化作了一些有益的探索。
This article is the author’s summary of the practice of heating automatic control system in Urumqi in recent years. According to the characteristics of urban district (central heating), “Urban District Heating Model” was established. Aiming at the mode of parallel operation of multiple boilers in heat supply station, the criterion of heat load distribution was established to realize the reasonable distribution and coordinated control of the heat load of multiple boilers, and the best control of boiler combustion process was perfected. The system introduces the intelligent control mode of the frame structure, integrates various control methods of different functions organically, and realizes a variety of control strategies. After more than a year of practice, it has been proved that heating quality is significantly improved and energy consumption is reduced, and the operation level of the heating process is greatly improved, thus making some beneficial exploration for urban district heating automation.
