目的探讨多层螺旋计算机体层扫描血管成像(MSCTA)技术在体表血管瘤及血管畸形中的应用价值。方法对61例疑似体表血管瘤的患者进行MSCT扫描,然后对所获取的图像进行后处理,包括多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、遮盖容积重现(SVR)等多维重建技术进行血管的显示。结果真性血管瘤13例,动静脉畸形19例,静脉畸形24例,静脉曲张2例,3例为阴性。MPR三维重建技术、MIP及VR能清晰直观地显示体表血管瘤的范围及与周围组织毗邻的空间解剖关系;其中有20例能较好地显示其供血的动脉及回流的静脉。结论MSCTA后处理技术对体表血管瘤的诊断、分型具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice helical computer tomography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Methods Sixty-one patients with suspected hemangiomas on the surface of the body were scanned by MSCT, and then the acquired images were post-processed, including multi-dimensional reconstruction such as MPR, MIP and SVR Technology for the display of blood vessels. Results 13 cases of true hemangiomas, arteriovenous malformations in 19 cases, 24 cases of venous malformations, varicose veins in 2 cases, 3 cases were negative. MPR three-dimensional reconstruction technology, MIP and VR can clearly and intuitively display the scope of body surface hemangiomas and the spatial anatomy of the adjacent tissue adjacent to the space; of which 20 cases can better display their blood supply and venous return. Conclusion The MSCTA post-processing technique is of great value in the diagnosis and classification of body surface hemangiomas.
