目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MDCT)显示镫骨精细结构的最佳扫描及成像参数组合。方法选择30例正常耳进行MDCT薄层扫描,比较电流量、重建函数、重建矩阵对镫骨成像图像质量的影响。结果不同电流量及矩阵时中、内耳成像图像质量上的差别有统计学意义;不同重建函数所得图像质量不全相同,重建函数C时的图象质量好于重建函数D,D好于B。结论使用300mAs、1024×1024矩阵和重建函数C进行镫骨MDCT成像能够更好的显示镫骨正常解剖结构,为临床耳科手术提供更多的影像信息。
Objective To explore the optimal scanning and imaging parameters combination of multi-slice spiral CT (MDCT) to display the fine structure of stapes. Methods Thirty normal ears were selected for MDCT scan. The effects of current, reconstruction function and reconstruction matrix on the stapes imaging quality were compared. Results There were significant differences in the images quality of the inner ear between the different currents and matrices. The image quality obtained by different reconstruction functions was not the same, and the image quality at the reconstruction function C was better than that of the reconstruction function D and D, respectively. Conclusion The use of 300 mAs, 1024 × 1024 matrix and reconstruction function C for stapes MDCT can better display the normal stapes anatomy and provide more image information for clinical otological surgery.
