目的：总结我院种植中心应用DIO.“IFI”(软组织水平)种植系统的临床效果，探讨该种植系统和直接穿龈不翻瓣技术的可靠性。方法：对40例牙齿缺失患者使用DIO.“IFI”种植系统，植入该种植体84颗。3～6个月后直接完成种植修复，采用种植体成功标准进行2年的临床评价。结果：84颗种植体全部成功，无一例失败。结论：DIO.“IFI”种植系统，直接穿龈不翻瓣技术创伤小，手术时间短，操作简单，安全可靠，修复避免2次切口，患者易于接受，效果好。“,”Objective To summarize the clinical effect of the application of DIO.“IFI” (soft tissue level ) implant system and discuss the reliability of the implant system and the technology of flapless access directly through the gingiva .Methods 40 patients with missing teeth were inserted 84 implants with the help of DIO “IFI” implant system. After 3-6 months these teeth restoration were directly completed. After 2 years we evaluated the restoration with the implant success criteria . Results: All of 84 implants succeeded .Conclusions The DIO.“IFI” implant system with the technology of flapless access directly through the gingiva has these merits:small trauma, shorter operation time, simple operation, safe and reliable, and restoration without the second incision . Patients are easy to accept and the effect is good.
