重型机床结构变形对加工工件精度有重大影响,为了准确获得FBG测点应变值,求解结构力致变形,提出了一种基于粘贴式FBG自身只能测量沿其轴向应变特性的温度补偿方法,补偿基体及粘接剂热膨胀影响。等截面悬臂梁实验表明:此方法能够解决粘贴式FBG在重型机床结构力致变形场测量中存在的问题。
In order to get the strain value of FBG measuring point accurately and solve the structural deformation, a temperature compensation method based on FBG can only measure the axial strain along its axis. Compensate the thermal expansion of the matrix and adhesive. Isometric cross section cantilever beam experiment shows that this method can solve the problems existing in the measurement of the deformation field caused by the sticking type FBG.
