借助于化机浆独特的性能,利用高游离度化机浆提供骨架,磨后的低游离度化机浆进行填充提供强度的特点,研究高游离度APMP浆与磨后低游离度杨木APMP浆的配抄特性,优化成纸的性能。结果表明:原浆游离度在475~525mL,磨后低游离度化机浆在250~350mL,添加比例为10%~15%时,高、低游离度化机浆混合配抄,可同时获得较高的松厚度和强度,改善纸张性能。在相同游离度情况下,混合后的浆料与单一浆料相比,成纸松厚度下降约5%,而抗张强度提高约20%,耐破度提高10%。
