随着社会协作和分工的不断细化,合同管理已经成为现代企业管理当中的重要内容,始终贯穿于各项经济活动的整个过程,对于合同管理的重视程度直接影响到企业的实际收益。基于此,本文对于合同管理在企业经济管理中的重要性做了具体的分析和探讨,并提出了相关的优化措施,希望对以后的具体工作起到实际的参考作用。
With the continuous refinement of social cooperation and division of labor, contract management has become an important part of modern enterprise management and has always run through the whole process of economic activities. The emphasis on contract management directly affects the actual profits of enterprises. Based on this, this paper makes a concrete analysis and discussion on the importance of contract management in the economic management of enterprises, and puts forward the relevant optimization measures, hoping to have practical reference for future specific work.
