随着技术水平的进步以及科技的革新,人们进入了数字信息技术飞速发展的二十一世纪。技术的革新带动着相关企业的改革,图书馆也不例外,它在当代社会承载着更多的责任,经相关人员考证,提高图书资料管理人员素质的提升是引领图书馆改革的重中之重。因此,图书管理人员必须从多方面提升自身素质,将自己培养为适应时代发展的复合型人才。笔者针对图书馆管理人员需要提高素质的必要性进行阐述,并提出提升管理人员素质的有效方法。
With the improvement of technology and innovation of science and technology, people have entered the twenty-first century of rapid development of digital information technology. Technology innovation drives the reform of related enterprises. The library is no exception. It carries more responsibilities in contemporary society. After relevant personnel research, improving the quality of library material management personnel is the most important factor in leading the reform of the library . Therefore, the librarians must improve their own qualities from many aspects and cultivate themselves as compound talents adapted to the development of the times. The author expounds the necessity of improving the quality of library management personnel and puts forward an effective way to improve the quality of management personnel.
