随着社会的发展、教育的需要,课堂效益问题越来越引起人们的关注和重视。高效益的课堂教学离不开探索与研究,更离不开课堂教学模式的建立与不断完善。在世界各国,无论是教育界人士,还是政府部门都已清楚地认识到教育改革、教育发展最终都要通过课堂教学的实践才能实现。面对现代课堂教学,教师与学生应该建立怎样的师生关系?正如联合国教科文组织在《从现在到2000年教育内容发展的全球展望》中所指出的:“为组织适应未来的教育,我们需要有新型的教师。”正是面对这一迫切的现实需求,世界各国纷纷开始将教育改革的重点转向教师队伍建设,以教师专业化作为提高教师素质、改善教育质量的重要途径。
