在文献研究基础上,采用问卷调研的方法,对知识工作者生产率影响因素的50个因素进行分析,由此得出结论:知识工作者生产率的影响因素有三类,即个人因素、工作因素、管理因素。运用回归分析,从影响因素之间的密切程度及影响关系出发,得出知识工作者生产率的三类影响因素的作用机理。研究结果表明,在三类知识工作者生产率影响因素中,工作因素和个人因素通过管理因素影响生产率,管理因素是中介变量,直接影响生产率,所以知识工作者生产率的提升首先应该从管理因素入手。
Based on the literature research, we use questionnaire survey to analyze 50 factors that affect the productivity of knowledge workers, and draw the conclusion that there are three kinds of influencing factors of knowledge worker productivity: personal factor, work factor, management factor. By using regression analysis, the paper discusses the mechanism of the three types of influencing factors on the productivity of knowledge workers, based on the close relationship and influencing factors. The results show that in the three types of knowledge worker productivity factors, the work factors and personal factors affect the productivity through the management factors, and the management factors are the mediating variables, which directly affect the productivity. Therefore, the improvement of the productivity of knowledge workers should start with the management factors.
