一、前言高炉法是目前生产生铁的最有效的方法。按其容积,现代高炉日产生铁可达一万吨。由于各种检测控制系统不断开发,已能够对冶炼过程进行更严密的观察和控制,从而实现高产、优质、长寿(10年)条件下的均衡生产。为此,其基本要求是维持稳定的炉况。达到这一目的的途径之一是炉料良好的混匀,保证正确地配料和将空气均匀地分配到各个风口。
