三氯乙醛(酸)[CCl_3CHO、CCl_3COOH]是化工厂和农药厂的重要中间体,存在于废硫酸中。有些地方磷肥厂盲目的用这种废硫酸生产磷肥,许多省(市)施用后造成农田污染,作物中毒,轻者减产,重者绝收。为了防止三氯乙醛(酸)危害农作物的事故扩展和重演,保护生态环境,变害为益,我们承担了磷肥中三氯乙醛(酸)危害农作物临界剂量的课题任务。经三年来在两种土壤三种作物上的系列试验研究,根据不同剂量对作物的危害程度、减产情况以及对试验结果的统计分析,确定磷肥中三氯乙醛(酸)的安全剂量在200ppm以下,临界剂量条施法为400ppm,穴施法为200ppm,经大田校验证明正确。该成果已为化工部门和农业部门所采用。
Chloral (acid) [CCl_3CHO, CCl_3COOH] is an important intermediate of chemical plants and pesticide plants, which are found in spent sulfuric acid. In some places, phosphate fertilizer plants blindly use this kind of waste sulfuric acid to produce phosphate fertilizer. Many provinces (municipalities) cause farmland pollution, crop poisoning, and light output reduction, with the highest yield. In order to prevent the accident of trichloroacetal (acid) harm crops from expanding and repeating, protecting the ecological environment and harming the benefit, we assume the task of pesticide critical dose of trichloroacetal (acid) in the phosphate fertilizer. After three years of series experiments on three crops in two soils, the safe dose of trichloroacetaldehyde (acid) in phosphate fertilizer was determined according to the degree of damage to different crops, the yield reduction and the statistical analysis of the test results. The results have been used by the chemical and agricultural sectors.
