基于煤炭高校图书馆联盟的概况及网站建设情况,从资源整合、文献传递、信息交流和人员培训四个角度归纳了煤炭高校图书馆联盟取得的成效,进而分析其取得成效的原因在于成员馆之间的融洽配合、有效力的管理机制、连续而稳定的资金来源和完善的技术及服务。以煤炭高校图书馆联盟为例,针对行业高校图书馆联盟建设和发展中所存在的横向和纵向扩展、数据监管和资源建设、联盟的长效发展机制等问题提出了解决思路和对策。
Based on the general situation of coal university library alliance and website construction, this paper summarizes the achievements made by coal university library union from the aspects of resource integration, document delivery, information exchange and personnel training, and then analyzes the reasons for its success. Between the harmonious cooperation, effective management mechanism, a continuous and stable source of funds and improve technology and services. Taking Coal University Libraries Union as an example, this paper puts forward solutions and countermeasures to the issues such as horizontal and vertical expansion, data regulation and resource construction, and long-term development mechanism of alliances in the construction and development of industry university library alliance.
