“以病人为中心”理念适应了医患关系和谐发展的需要,以病人为中心开展医院各项工作已成为卫生行业的共识。精神病人往往身受精神和躯体疾病的双重折磨,患者和家属都不堪重负,在精神专科医院开展以人为本,以病人为中心的一体化服务更显必要。该文总结宁波市精神病专科医院“以病人为中心”的一体化服务模式的探索经验。从简化就医程序、提高诊疗-护理-康复质量入手,提升服务质量,更好地为精神病人服务,解决了精神病人的看病难、看病贵,真正做到了以人为本,促进了社会和谐。

This article summarizes the experience of the integrated service mode of Ningbo Psychiatric Hospital “patient-centered ”. Starting from simplifying the procedure of medical treatment, improving the quality of diagnosis, care and rehabilitation, improving service quality and serving the mental patients better, it is difficult to see and pay for the mentally ill patients. It truly achieves people-oriented and promotes social harmony.
