目的探讨高千伏胸片(HKV)、数字X线成像系统(DR)及高分辨率CT(HRCT)在尘肺病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择本院受理的184例疑似尘肺病患者,同时实施HKV、DR及HRCT摄片,将其结果进行比较。结果HKV与DR在尘肺病诊断上差异无统计学意义,但DR胸片一级优片率(91.30%)明显高于HKV(63.04%)(P<0.05)。HRCT在尘肺Ⅰ期、尘肺Ⅲ期的诊断率及尘肺并发症的判断方面均高于HKV(P<0.05)。结论 DR在尘肺病中诊断技术质量优于传统的HKV,HRCT在尘肺病的早期发现、小阴影聚集及尘肺并发症的诊断中具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the value of high kV chest radiography (HKV), digital radiography (DR) and high resolution CT (HRCT) in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods A total of 184 patients with suspected pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. HKV, DR and HRCT radiographs were also performed to compare the results. Results There was no significant difference between HKV and DR in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. However, the first grade of DR chest film (91.30%) was significantly higher than that of HKV (63.04%) (P <0.05). HRCT was higher than HKV in pneumoconiosis stage Ⅰ, pneumoconiosis stage Ⅲ and pneumoconiosis (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of DR in pneumoconiosis is better than that of traditional HKV. HRCT is of great significance in the early detection of pneumoconiosis, the accumulation of small shadow and the complication of pneumoconiosis.
